PRONTUARIO DE INDECENCIAS DEL “REVERENDO” CARMEN SITA


También conocido como “Rev. Gerald Howard”

Resumen del caso

Arrestado el 15 de septiembre de 1982 acusado de abusar de un adolescente en múltiples ocasiones y suministrarle drogas. 

Se declaró culpable 1983, fue sentenciado a 5 años de libertad condicional y enviado a Foundation House en Albuquerque NM. 

Según artículos de 2009, menos de un año después Sita había cambiado legalmente su nombre por el de Gerald Howard y fue asignado a la diócesis de Jefferson City, MO, donde pronto volvió a delinquir, supuestamente abusando de un chico entre 1983 y 1988 y proporcionándole drogas. Este abuso fue denunciado en 2007. La demanda se resolvió por 600.000 dólares. 

Sita/Howard fue arrestado el 28 de abril de 2010 y acusado de sodomía forzada, intento de sodomía y secuestro de tres niños de MO en la década de 1980. 

En octubre y noviembre de 2012 Howard estaba siendo investigado por el abuso sexual de niños en un hospital de MO donde trabajó como “consejero” en la década de 1980.
